Checklists, templates, preparation
Materials only help if they fit the right path. This page collects checklists and templates as a guide so that you don't start with documents before the destination, visa type and risk are clear. First route, then list.
Downloads are work tools: They help with sorting, but do not replace an official checklist from the responsible diplomatic mission.
Every list needs a purpose: Studies, training, work, family and opportunity cards have different evidence and different sequences.
Don't print everything: Too many unsuitable documents do not make an application stronger, but often make it more unclear.
Do not upload sensitive documents: This site is an orientation hub. Personal documents only belong in secure, agreed processes.
Materials
The most important difference: Some materials help with the decision, others only when preparing the application. Anyone who mixes this up is working on details too early.
| material | Intended for what? | Appropriate next step |
|---|---|---|
| Visa check | Sort route, purpose and initial risks | Start check |
| Document check | Check evidence according to purpose and form | Sort documents |
| Cost planning | Estimate fees, documentation and start-up costs | Check budget |
| Opportunity card | Prepare points, qualifications and job search | Check opportunity map |
| After entry | Plan registration, insurance, account and administrative procedures | Plan integration |
Boundaries
A template is strong when the strategy is clear. It is dangerous when it replaces a decision that must be made beforehand.
Step by step
Use the visa check or the route pages before working with document lists.
A study list does not help with training, a work list does not automatically help with an opportunity card.
Lalmano sorts, the responsible body decides on the form and mandatory evidence.
You can then plan the translation, certification or additional certification sensibly.
Downloads only really help
if the path ahead is clear.
